This policy covers the Löyly Lake app for Android (com.mistlake.loylylake).
What we collect
We (Mistlake, the developer of Löyly Lake) do not collect, store on a server or sell any personal data ourselves. There are no accounts, no analytics and no in-app purchases.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The game can show an optional rewarded video ad when you choose “Watch ad: sell for 2×”. Ads are never shown without you tapping that button. The ads come from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process data from your device, such as the advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device and app information and how you interact with the ad. Google is responsible for that data as described in its policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google’s consent form. You can change your choice at any time from Tackle shop → Ad privacy settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Your saved game
Your progress is saved only on your own device. If Android backup is turned on for your phone, Android may include the save in your personal device backup, which is handled by Google under your Google account settings. We never receive it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes the save.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If the app starts using data in a new way, this page will be updated before that version is released.

Mitä tietoja kerätään
Me (Mistlake, Löyly Laken kehittäjä) emme itse kerää, tallenna palvelimelle emmekä myy henkilötietoja. Sovelluksessa ei ole käyttäjätilejä, analytiikkaa eikä sovelluksen sisäisiä ostoja.
Mainokset (Google AdMob)
Peli voi näyttää vapaaehtoisen palkintomainoksen, kun valitset ”Watch ad: sell for 2×”. Mainoksia ei näytetä koskaan ilman, että painat tätä nappia. Mainokset tulevat Google AdMobista. Mainosten näyttämistä, mittaamista ja väärinkäytösten estämistä varten Google voi kerätä ja käsitellä laitteesi tietoja, kuten mainostunnisteen, IP-osoitteen (likimääräinen sijainti), laite- ja sovellustietoja sekä tietoa siitä, miten käytät mainosta. ETA-alueella, Isossa-Britanniassa ja Sveitsissä sovellus kysyy suostumustasi Googlen suostumusikkunalla ennen kuin kohdennettuja mainoksia näytetään. Voit muuttaa valintaasi milloin tahansa kohdasta Tackle shop → Ad privacy settings. Mainostunnisteen voit nollata tai poistaa Androidin asetuksista (Asetukset → Yksityisyys → Mainokset).
Pelitallennus
Edistymisesi tallennetaan vain omalle laitteellesi. Jos puhelimesi Android-varmuuskopiointi on päällä, Android voi sisällyttää tallennuksen laitteesi varmuuskopioon, jota Google käsittelee Google-tilisi asetusten mukaan. Me emme saa sitä. Sovelluksen poistaminen tai sen tietojen tyhjentäminen poistaa tallennuksen.
Lapset
Sovellusta ei ole suunnattu alle 13-vuotiaille, emmekä tietoisesti kerää heidän tietojaan.
Muutokset
Jos sovellus alkaa käyttää tietoja uudella tavalla, tämä sivu päivitetään ennen kyseisen version julkaisua.
